May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian solar park operator VEI Project said on Friday that it repaid on May 20 its 1 million euro ($1.1 million) bond issue, which was otherwise due in December 2021.
The issue comprised of 20 bonds with a face value of 50,000 euro apiece, the company said in a bourse filing.
The ten-year bonds, issued in 2011, carried an annual coupon of 5.5%.
VEI Project operates a 64.26 kW solar park in the village of Tsaparevo, in the Blagoevgrad region.
