SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 20 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian vegetable oil producer Biser Oliva plans to go public by an initial public offering, the company said on Tuesday.
The shareholders in Biser Oliva will vote on the plan at their meeting scheduled for December 21, the company said in a statement carried by the State Gazette.

Company officials were not immediately available to provide details of the plan.
Swiss-registered company Risoil is the biggest shareholder in Biser Oliva with a 47.5% stake. Bulgarian companies Biser Oliva-98 and Gradus-1 own 27.6% and 19.9%, respectively.
