SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has approved the prospectus for listing a 10 million levs ($5.4 million/5.1 million euro) bond of Varna Realties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:HVAR], on the stock exchange in Sofia.

The issue comprises 10,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each maturing on December 21, 2029, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Thursday.

The bonds have a floating rate based on the six-month Euribor plus 3.50% but no less than 3.25% per year, the regulator added.
