May 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Unipharm [BUL:59X] said on Friday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 0.04 levs ($0.02/0.02 euro) per share for 2016.
The company paid a gross dividend of 0.15 levs for 2015.
The company’s shareholders will vote the decision at a general meeting to be held on June 21, Unipharm said in a bourse filing.
The remaining 14,500 levs from the company’s net profit in 2016 will be allocated to the company’s reserves.
Earlier on Friday, Sopharma [BUL:3JR] published its buyout bid for the 22.12% stake in Unipharm which it does not already own, offering to pay 4.35 levs per share.
