February 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Monday it has signed a 5.9 million levs ($3.3 million/ 3 million euro) contract with local company TSV for construction of a fiber optic network along the route of the Sofia-Mezdra railway line.
TSV intends to use local company CERB as a subcontractor, outsourcing around 30% of the value of the contract, NRIC said in a notice.
The deal was signed on December 30, according to the notice.
Six companies submitted offers in the procedure for awarding the contract.
