June 10 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian city of Troyan has signed a 3.9 million levs ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro) contract with a local tie-up for the construction of a composting installation, the municipality said on Monday.
The tie-up comprises Holding Roads and Infrastructure Facilities and its wholly owned unit PSP, Troyan municipality said in a notice.
The contact was signed on June 6.
Five companies tabled bids in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
The project will benefit from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020.
