SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 12 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] said it has signed a 14.2 million lev ($10.1 million/7.3 million euro) deal for the reconstruction of a railway section connecting Pirdop and Anton.
The 6.2 kilometre (km) section is scheduled to be completed within 120 calendar days, Trace Group Hold said in a notice over the weekend.
The contract was signed on April 24, according to the notice.
Trace Sofia, a subsidiary of Trace Group Hold, will also take part in the project.
Pirdop is a town located in Southwestern Bulgaria. Anton is part of Sofia region.
Last year, National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) awarded Trace Group Hold another 14.4 million lev agreement for the reconstruction of an 8.1-km railway section between Sofia and Mezdra.
