August 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian construction group Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] has merged three of its units in neighbouring Serbia, it said on Monday.
Trace PZP Nis has absorbed Trace PZP Vranje and New Bridges and has been subsequently renamed to Trace Serbia, Trace Group Hold said in a bourse filing.
Trace Serbia has a registered capital of 969.5 million dinars ($9.5 million/8.2 million euro) divided into 591,527 shares.
Trace Group Hold owns 591,526 shares, while Trace Balkans, also part of the construction group, owns 1 share.
Trace Group Hold's activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and underground railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure and road marking.
