March 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian construction firm Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] said that a tie-up led by the company signed on Friday a 93.3 million levs ($51.1 million/47.7 million euro) contract with state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company for the upgrade of Plovdiv railway station.
The contract includes modernisation of the tracks, as well as the telecommunication and signalisation systems, Trace Group Hold said in a bourse filing.
The company will partner with Balkantel for the project.
As at 11:25 CET on Friday, Trace Group Hold shares traded 3.54% higher at 2.34 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Trace Group Hold's activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and underground railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure and road marking.
