Bulgaria's Toplofikatsiya Pleven files for listing bond issue on BSE

December 5 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Friday that heating utility Toplofikatsiya Pleven [TPZB] has filed for admission to trading of a 4.5% 2.5 million levs ($1.5 million/1.3 million euro) bond issue.

The issue consists of 2,500 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the bourse operator said in a statement.

The five-year issue is due in 2022.

Interest payment are due twice per year.
