SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 15 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified holding TK Hold [BUL:T24] said on Wednesday it sold its 15% stake in Sofia-based Asset Insurance company to current shareholder Bent Oil for 1.57 million levs ($850,000/800,000 euro).
The deal for the sale of the 15,750 shares of the insurer, at a price of 100 levs apiece, was concluded on Tuesday, TK Hold said in a bourse filing.

According to the Bulgarian commercial register, Asset Insurance has a registered capital of 10.5 million levs, divided into 105,000 shares with a nominal value of 100 levs each.
Sofia-based Bent Oil distributes and sells fuels produced by oil refinery Lukoil Neftochim Burgas. The company employs 65 people and has a fuel storage base in Pleven.
