November 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group TK Hold [BUL:T24] said on Thursday that its consolidated net profit, excluding minorities, rose sharply to 3.0 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in the first nine months of the year from 1.2 million levs in the same period of 2017.
The company's consolidated operating revenue edged up to 16.3 million levs in the January-September period from 16.2 million levs in the comparable period of 2017, TK Hold said in an interim financial statement.
Operating expenses fell to 13.1 million levs in the review period from 14.9 million levs the year before.
In June, TK Hold's unit Programni Producti i Sistemi sold its 100% stake in Hotel SPS for 3.8 million euro to Hotel Plovdiv 2019.
