May 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group TK-Hold [BUL:T24] said on Monday that it has repurchased 863 own shares at an average price of 1.60 levs ($0.89/0.82 euro).
The company did not provide further details in its statement.
Last month, TK-Hold launched a share repurchase programme targeting up to 3% of its capital, or 256,181 shares.
TK-Hold will pay up to 2 levs per share but no less than 1.2 levs apiece.
The share repurchase programme will run until October 1. If the company does not repurchase the planned number of shares until the deadline, the programme could be extended.
TK-Hold shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.6 levs.
