June 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified holding TK Hold [BUL:T24] said on Wednesday it acquired a 9.9% stake in local International Asset Bank.
On June 28, TK Hold acquired 3 million International Asset Bank shares with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.58/0.51 euro) each, the company said in a bourse filing.

The seller and the price of the deal were not disclosed.
International Asset Bank is Bulgaria’s 16th largest lender in terms of assets, according to data from the central bank.
TK Hold has a registered capital of 8.5 million levs, according to data from Bulgaria’s commercial register.
