May 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's gas transmission system operator Bulgartransgaz said it received six offers in its tender for a contract for construction of a gas transmission pipeline to the town of Svishtov, worth an estimated 15.8 million levs ($8.7 million/8.1 million euro).
Four of the six offer come from consortia including foreign companies, tender documents published by the company show.
Two of the consortia included companies from Italy, one - from Russia, and one - from North Macedonia.
One of the consortia with Italian participation comprises Italy's Eurotecnoimpianti and Bulgaria's Gasenergo 2001, while the other includes Italy's S.A.L.P. and Bulgaria's Monolit Sofia.
Another bid came from a tie-up between Russia's Promneftegazinzhiniring and Bulgarian companies Groma Hold and Evropeiski Patishta. A tie-up between North Macedonia's Rapid Build and Bulgaria's Atomenergoremont also submitted an offer.
Bids from local companies came from Europroject Building and a tie-up between Glavbolgarstroy and Glavbolgarstroy International.
All necessary materials and equipment, worth some 7.1 million levs, will be supplied by Bulgartransgaz and are not included in the value of the contract.
