September 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment company Telso reached 5% ownership of local pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA], the drug maker said on Thursday.
The deal was settled on September 29, Sopharma said in a stock exchange filing.

According to another filing published on Wednesday, Telso has acquired 9,026 shares in Sopharma at a price of 4.50 levs ($ 2.22/2.30 euro) each.
By 0942 CEST on Thursday, Sopharma's shares traded flat at 4.50 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The pharmaceutical company achieved a consolidated net profit of 43.4 million levs in the first half of 2022, up from 32.2 million levs a year earlier.
