May 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment company Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Thursday that local investment trust Telso has lowered its stake in the company to 14.1% from 19.1%.
Telso sold 936,800 shares, equivalent to 5.0% of Doverie United Holding equity, and currently holds a total of 2,644,978 shares, the holding company said in a statement filed with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

The deal was registered with the country’s central depository on Thursday.
Telso was Doverie United Holding’s largest shareholder at the end of March with a 19.97% stake, followed by blue-chip drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] with 18.7%. At the end of last month, Sopharma also lowered its stake in Doverie United Holding to 14.93%.
Doverie United Holding traded on the BSE 4.12% lower at 0.82 levs ($0.55/0.42 euro) in a volume of 12,086 shares by 1440 CET.
