September 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] said that local company Telso has acquired 18,246 shares of the group at a weighted average price of 6.74 levs ($4.03/3.45 euro) per share.
Telso acquired the shares in several deals on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 24, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Telso is indirectly owned by Doverie United Holding's supervisory board member Ventsislav Stoev, Doverie noted
In a separate stock exchange filing on Monday, Doverie United Holding said that Donev Investments Holding sold 8,500 shares in the group at a weighted average price of 6.74 levs on September 24.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding, Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
As at 10:00 CET on Tuesday, Doverie United Holding's shares traded 3.16% higher at 7.84 levs on the BSE.
