November 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian telecommunication company Telelink said on Thursday it plans to split its business into four separate new companies, all part of a new holding group, Telelink Bulgaria.
The transformation of the company aims to focus its individual activities, their management and development in response to the business needs and the pace of the industry, Telelink said in a statement.
The transformation will take effect at end-November, Telelink Bulgaria's chairman of the board of directors Lyubomir Minchev said in the statement.
The four new companies which will enter the Telelink Bulgaria holding group are Telelink Business Services, Telelink Infra Services, Telelink City Services and Telelink Labs.
