June 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's TBI Bank said that its net profit jumped by an annual 58% to 22.9 million euro ($25.7 million) in 2019, with the lender boasting a 5% return on assets.
TBI Bank's assets increased by 17% to 465 million euro at the end of 2019, it said in a statement last week.
The bank's loan portfolio grew by 19% to 368 million euro at the end of 2019, while household deposits grew 25% to 281 million euro.
At the end of 2019, TBI Bank had a capital adequacy ratio of 18.9%, while its liquidity coverage ratio stood at 258%.
TBI Bank was Bulgaria's third smallest bank by assets at the end of April, according to central bank data.
