August 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified holding Synthetica [BUL:EHN] is seeking approval from the competition authority to acquire Cyprus-registered Bluehouse Accession Project V and its unit Vaptsarov Business Center, which operates an office building in Sofia, the regulator said on Friday.
The deal is expected to affect the office space market in Sofia, the Commission for Protection of Competition said in a notice published on its website.

Interested parties have seven days to submit their opinion on the possible effects of the proposed deal on competition on the market.
Bluehouse Accession Project V's only activity is the operation of the office building in Sofia through its unit Vaptsarov Business Center, according to the notice.
Synthetica's units are active in several fields of the economy, including real estate management, plastic products manufacturing and production of medical consumables.
