SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 7 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria's Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Tuesday it has sold its Chinese subsidiary Toplivo-Beijing.
The transaction was carried out on November 6, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.

As at end-October, Synergon Holding held a 100% stake in Toplivo-Beijing, according to data from the Bulgarian company’s website.
Toplivo-Beijing has a registered capital of 95,550 levs ($56,510/48,850 euro).
