October 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday that it has increased the capital of its unit Vital Gas to 1.05 million levs ($611,200/536,900 euro) from 765,000 levs.
Synergon Holding subscribed for 2,850 shares in Vital Gas with a nominal value of 100 levs each, the group said in a bourse filing.
Vital Gas, established in 2010, specialises in the construction of home and industrial propane-butane installations.
Synergon Holding increased the capital of several other units throughout this year, including Toplivo Gas, Enerdzhy Delta, Synergon Energy, Synergon Transport and Synergon Petroleum.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
