SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday that it has increased the capital of its unit Vital Gas to 1.05 million levs ($611,200/536,900 euro) from 765,000 levs.

Synergon Holding subscribed for 2,850 shares in Vital Gas with a nominal value of 100 levs each, the group said in a bourse filing.

Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
