November 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday it has increased the capital of its subsidiary Synergon Energy to 500,000 levs ($305,200/255,600 euro) from 420,000 levs.
Synergon Holding has subscribed for 800 newly issued Synergon Energy shares, which have a nominal value of 100 levs each, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.
Synergon Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Synergon Holding.
Earlier this month, Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said it has sold its Chinese subsidiary Toplivo-Beijing.
