September 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:SNRG] said on Wednesday that it raised its stake in local building materials and fuel retailer Toplivo [BUL:TOPL] to 91.55% from 89.88%.
The parent company acquired 90,607 shares in Toplivo on September 26, bringing the total number of shares it owns in its unit to 4,959,280, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.

Synergon Holding has direct ownership in 18 local subsidiaries as well as indirect stakes in subsidiaries and affiliated companies, according to its latest financial statement.
Shares in Toplivo last traded on Tuesday when they closed at 8.00 levs ($4.3/4.1 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
