November 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday that it has increased the capital of its wholly-owned unit Synergon Transport to 3.02 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) from 2.42 million levs.
Synergon Holding has subscribed for 600 shares with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the company said in a bourse filing.
The capital increase has been entered into the commercial register.
Synergon Holding increased the capital of several other units throughout this year, including Vital Gas, Toplivo Gas, Enerdzhy Delta, Synergon Energy, Synergon Transport and Synergon Petroleum.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
