March 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:SBPF] said on Friday that its shareholders gave the green light to the planned purchase of Hotel Mursalitsa in Pamporovo ski resort for up to 18.9 million levs ($10.3 million/9.66 million euro).
Shareholders approved the acquisition of 100% of the shares of hotel owner Hotel Mursalitsa AD, Super Borovets said in a stock exchange filing.

The consent was granted during a general meeting of shareholders held on March 15.
In December, investors of Super Borovets Property Fund approved a proposal to sell two wholly-owned subsidiaries - Rest and Fly, and Balchik Lodzistik Park.
As at CET 1242 on Friday, shares in Super Borovets Property Fund traded flat at 3.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
