April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:6SB] said that it is planning to seek 16 million levs ($9.2 million/8.2 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
The real estate investment trust intends to offer 7.2 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 2.22 levs apiece, Super Borovets Property Fund REIT said in a bourse filing.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 2.4 million shares are subscribed for.
The capital hike will be serviced by local brokerage Real Consult.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, when they closed at 2.20 levs.
Last week, the BSE confirmed Super Borovets Property Fund REIT's main market listing after expiry of the predetermined three-month surveillance period.
