February 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian water park operator Sunset Aquapark said that it is planning to increase its capital by some 4.69 million levs ($2.6 million/2.4 million euro) to 17 million levs via a debt for equity swap.
The larger portion of the new shares - 27,561, will be subscribed for by local company Bora in exchange for its outstanding receivables of 2.756 million levs, Sunset Aquapark said in an invitation for a shareholders meeting on Monday.
The rest of the shares - 19,380, will be subscribed for by Sunset Resort Management in exchange for its outstanding receivables of 1.938 million levs.
Sunset Aquapark operates a water park in the Bulgarian town of Pomorie, on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast.
