SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 4 (SeeNews) – Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria said on Tuesday its majority owner Starcom Holding has decreased its stake in the company to 52.36% from 57.36%.
Starcom Holding sold a total of 7.95 million Eurohold Bulgaria shares at a price of 1.29 levs ($0.75/0.66 euro) each on June 29, Eurohold said in a bourse filing.

Eurohold Bulgaria's activities include financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales. The company has subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania and Macedonia.
As at 15:35 CET on Tuesday, Eurohold Bulgaria shares traded 2.34% lower at 1.25 levs.
