March 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Thursday it is planning to propose a gross dividend of 0.228 levs ($0.144/0.117 euro) per share for 2017, compared to 0.217 levs per share paid out for 2016.
If accepted, Stara Planina Hold will distribute a total of 4.75 million levs as dividend for 2017, the company said in a statement.

Stara Planina Hold's consolidated net profit rose to 7.8 million levs in 2017, from 7.2 million levs in 2016.
In addition, Stara Planina Hold's management made proposals to the boards of directors of its majority-owned subsidiaries for the amount of dividend they will propose to their shareholders for 2017.
