March 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH] is proposing to distribute a dividend for 2022 in the amount of 0.31579 levs per share, or 6.55 million levs ($3.54 million/3.34 million euro) in total, it said on Thursday.
Stara Planina’s management also proposes that the companies of the group also distribute parts of their annual profits to shareholders, the group said in a bourse filing.

Under the proposal, hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:MSH] should distribute as dividend a total of 15.77 million levs, or 0.40 levs per share. Hydraulic Elements and Systems [BUL:HES] should provide 6 million levs, or 0.33 per share, battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] should distribute 502,168 levs, or 0.02 levs per share, and cosmetics producer Bulgarian Rose [BUL:ROZA] should pay a dividend of 0.075 levs per share, or 401,324 levs in total.
The proposals need to be approved at the general meetings of the shareholders of the companies.
Stara Planina Hold reported in February a consolidated net profit of 17.7 million levs for 2022, up from 13.05 million levs a year earlier.
For 2021, Stara Planina distributed a dividend of 0.298 levs per share, M+S Hydraulic paid out 0.35 levs per share, Hydraulic Elements and Systems distributed 0.31 levs per share, Elhim Iskra paid out 0.01 per share and Bulgarian Rose 0.05 levs per share.
