February 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Thursday it expects its consolidated sales to increase by an annual 18.88% to 40.5 million levs ($25.4 million/20.7 million euro) in the first two months of the year.
In January alone, the company's sales rose 21.49% on the year to 20.4 million levs, Stara Planina Hold said in a bourse filing.
The company's gross profit increased to 1.9 million levs in January, compared to 1.6 million levs in the first month of 2017.
Stara Planina's investment portfolio includes companies operating in machine building, electrical engineering and perfumery and cosmetics.
As at 13:00 CET on Thursday, Stara Planina Hold share traded 2.48% lower at 7.85 levs.
