December 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Monday that its capital increase has been entered into the commercial register on November 29.
The company's capital was increased by 1,371,041 levs ($775,455/701,002 euro) to some 34.3 million levs via the new issue, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing.
The drug trader raised 9.4 million levs as investors subscribed for 1,371,041 new shares at a price of 6.85 levs apiece.
Sopharma Trading shares closed unchanged at 5.75 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR].
