March 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Monday that its profit before taxes amounted to 3.4 million levs ($1.9 million/1.7 million euro) in the January-February period of 2020.
Last year, the company reported a pre-tax profit of 4.2 million levs in January-February.
Sopharma Trading's sales revenue rose by an annual 7% to 137.9 million levs, the drug trader said in a bourse filing.
In February alone, the company's profit before taxes remained flattish at 1.8 million levs despite a 14% increase in sales, to 69.4 million levs.
As at 11:15 CET on Monday, Sopharma Trading shares traded unchanged at 5.15 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
