December 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Friday that its shareholders have approved the management's proposal of a gross dividend distribution of 0.05 levs ($0.028/0.026 euro) per share for the first half of 2019.
Sopharma shareholders endorsed the proposal at a meeting scheduled for December 13, the company said in a bourse filing.
Sopharma closed the first half of the year with a non-consolidated net profit of 25 million levs, slightly up from 24.9 million levs in the same period of 2018.
As at 9:55 CET on Friday, Sopharma shares traded 0.58% lower at 3.43 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
