February 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] sold a 14.96% stake in medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:5MR] to local company Medical Supplies for an undisclosed price, Momina Krepost said on Tuesday.
As a result of the deal, Sopharma's stake in Momina Krepost fell to 78.60% from 93.56%, Momina Krepost said in a bourse filing.

Momina Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 3.16 levs each, which would value the 14.96% stake at some 800,000 levs ($462,000/409,000 euro).
Momina Krepost specialises in the production of single-use medical consumables, such as syringes, needles, oxygen masks, hazardous waste containers, etc.
As at 14:00 CET on Tuesday, Sopharma shares traded 0.29% higher at 3.46 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
