February 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Monday that its sales revenue jumped by 33% year-on-year last month on the back of a rise in exports.
The company's domestic sales revenue dropped by 27% on the year in January, whereas exports soared by 174%, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
Last week, Sopharma reported a standalone net profit of 40.4 million levs ($22.59 million/20.67 million euro) in 2022, up by 66% in annual terms.
As of 1600 CET on Monday, shares in Sopharma traded 1.35% lower at 4.38 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
