December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Wednesday that it repurchased 25,000 own shares at a weighted average price per share of 3.43 levs ($1.94/1.75 euro) on December 10.
The shares represent 0.00185% of Sopharma's capital, the pharmaceuticals manufacturer said in a bourse filing.
Following the transaction, Sopharma holds 8,904,182 own shares, or 6.61% of its own capital.
Sopharma's five-year share repurchase programme, launched in February 2018, targets up to 10% of the drug maker's share capital.
