June 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said that it is planning to seek to raise up to 3 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Sopharma Properties REIT will offer 462,000 shares for subscription at a price of 6.5 levs apiece, the real estate investment trust said in a bourse filing on Friday.
As at 9:00 CET on Monday, Sopharma Properties REIT shares traded 0.78% higher at 6.5 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The capital hike will be considered successful if at least 231,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
The company's capital currently amounts to 20.95 million levs, divided into the same number of shares.
Last year, Sopharma Properties increased its capital to 20.95 million levs from 20.1 million levs through the issuance of 849,979 shares at a subscription price of 6.5 levs apiece.
