November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Friday that its largest shareholder - local drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], has sold 200 shares in the company, lowering its stake to 29.999%.
Following the November 7 transaction, Sopharma owns 5,620,730 shares in the company, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing.

As at 13:25 CET on Friday, Doverie United Holding shares traded 0.67% higher at 3.0 levs ($1.69/1.53 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
By the same hour, Sopharma shares traded at 3.4 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price.
The Doverie United Holding group comprises over 20 companies, active in various sectors of the economy, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail trade, real estate, and others.
