November 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Thursday that it acquired a further 29% stake in Moldova's RAP Pharma International on November 13, increasing its stake in the company to 80%.
Sopharma also opened a new 5,000 sq. m. warehouse and administrative building in Moldova on November 12, the company said in a bourse filing.

A total of 75 people will be employed at the new warehouse, which will service the company's distribution activities in Moldova.
As at 12:25 CET on Thursday, Sopharma shares traded 1.47% lower at 3.36 levs ($1.89/1.72 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Sopharma has a portfolio of over 200 products.
