September 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:5MR] said on Friday that local drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] has sold 94,636 shares in the company for an undisclosed price.
Following the sale, Sopharma owns a 65.07% stake in Momina Krepost, the medical consumables maker said in a bourse filing.

Earlier this year, Sopharma sold 22.45% interest in Momina Krepost to local company Medical Supplies.
Momina Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 3.16 levs ($1.79/1.62 euro) each.
Momina Krepost specialises in the production of single-use medical consumables, such as syringes, needles, oxygen masks, hazardous waste containers, etc.
