December 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:SFI] said on Tuesday that its parent, drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA], has acquired 351,454 shares in the company at an average weighted price of 6 levs ($3.46/3.07 euro) per share.
Sopharma bought the shares in several transactions concluded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 6, Sopharma Properties REIT said in a bourse filing.
