September 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Monday that its majority owner - drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], has acquired 4,921 shares in the company at a weighed average price per share of 6.40 levs ($3.61/3.37 euro).
Sopharma acquired the shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 13, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing.
The 4,921 shares are equal to a 0.015% stake in Sopharma Trading, according to bourse data.
At the end of June, Sopharma held a 72.97% stake in Sopharma Trading.
As at 14:45 CET on Monday, Sopharma Trading shares traded 1.56% lower at 6.30 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. By the same hour, Sopharma shares were 0.58% down at 3.40 levs.
