March 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust Sopharma Buildings REIT [BUL:SFB] said on Thursday that it raised some 6.04 million levs ($3.33 million/3.09 million euro) in a capital increase.
A total of 21 investors subscribed for 3,249,950 company shares, the REIT said in a bourse filing.
In an earlier statement, Sopharma Buildings said it planned to increase its equity capital from 649,990 levs to 3.9 million levs by offering nearly 3.25 million new voting shares priced at 1.86 levs apiece. The REIT said it would use the raised funds to finance the purchase of an investment property in Sofia.
Shares in Sopharma Buildings last traded at 2.63 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
