July 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Friday it has acquired 75% of Aromania, a Sofia-based start-up active in the development and marketing of nutrition supplements.
"Sopharma will use this platform to boost its presence in the nutritional supplements market," the company said in a bourse filing.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
In two years since its foundation Aromania has registered 20 products. The company posted sales revenues of 1.3 milion levs ($773,087/663,760 euro) in 2016.
Sopharma shares closed flat at 4.830 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday.
