October 31 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:6SOB] said on Tuesday it has registered a subsidiary in Macedonia.
The Skopje-based company named Makkom Group has a capital of 310,000 Macedonian denars ($5,867/5,040 euro), Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage said in a bourse filing.
The Macedonian subsidiary will operate in the sector of "other financial services and operations," the Bulgarian parent company added.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage operates a chain of over 125 pawnshops in Bulgaria.
