April 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Smolyan municipality said on Wednesday that it has opened a 2 million levs ($1.1 million/1.0 million euro) tender for reconstruction works on a 5.3 kilometre of the road connecting the city of Smolyan and the village of Mugla, in the southern part of the country.
The tender also envisages project design and construction supervision, the municipality said in a tender notice.
Works on the project include the overhaul of the respective road infrastructure such as drainage systems, the notice read.
Bids in the tender will be ranked based on price and technical criteria, each carrying 50%.
The deadline for submitting offers is April 29.
