October 5 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian municipality of Smolyan has awarded a 2.4 million levs ($1.4 million/1.2 million euro) contract for upgrades of water supply networks to local company Dyulger, a notice in the EU's procurement journal indicated.
Nineteen bids were filed in the tender, the notice in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.
The value of the contract includes value added tax.
